These General Terms and Conditions ("AGB") apply to all use of the Terra Eluma website and, in their respective current version, to any future bookings, events, services, and commercial transactions offered by Vandamme GmbH under the Terra Eluma brand.

Terra Eluma is currently operated by Vandamme GmbH. Until Terra Eluma becomes a separate legal entity, all contractual relationships are entered into with and fulfilled by Vandamme GmbH.

Deviating terms proposed by users, customers, or third parties are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

The website is provided for information, orientation, and — in the future — for making bookings, purchasing services, and registering for events related to Terra Eluma.

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not impair its operation or infringe the rights of third parties. Automated scraping, bulk extraction of data, or any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure is prohibited without prior written consent.

Prices, descriptions, and availability of future offerings are subject to change. A binding contract is formed only upon confirmation by Vandamme GmbH.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered seat of Vandamme GmbH. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these AGB be or become invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to mandatory law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the original provision.
